Making a Complaint

 

If you wish to make a complaint against a member firm in respect of dealing in securities, your primary step would be to issue a complaint in writing to the compliance officer of the member firm you are dealing with. In the instance that your complaint is not dealt with in a satisfactory manner, you can refer the complaint to the AGM-Regulatory Affairs of the Colombo Stock Exchange using the Complaint Form

If you wish to make a complaint with regard to dissemination of market information or any other issues (apart from complaints against Member Firms), kindly fill in Complaint Form I which is attached below and forward to the Head of - Market Development via fax or email.
