What Does The CSE Offer
Flexibility In Listing
The CSE has revised the CSE Listing Rules to provide companies with the flexibility to list in a manner that best suits their requirements.
Companies can list Equity and Debt securities on the CSE. With the new amendments to the Listing Rules, units of closed-end funds may also be listed on the CSE (please refer Section 4 of the CSE Listing Rules). The CSE allows the company to choose the extent of a public issue, thus enabling the company to exercise control over the cost and speed of the listing. The company can decide whether the issue should be underwritten, and in the event of an issue being oversubscribed, there is a basis upon which the shares should be allotted.
Access To An Extensive Investor Base
The CSE offers companies access to an extensive and growing investor base. The CSE has the participation of a large number of individual investors and many local and international institutional investors.
Efficient Systems And Procedures
The CSE has developed its systems and procedures to provide an efficient service. The technology employed by the CSE is comparable to other advanced systems globally and this technology has been used extensively for the benefit of listed companies and investors.
